Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, yesterday got the nod of the state High Court sitting in Abeokuta to proceed through the Truth Commission and inquire into the complaints and cases of deaths, disappearance and assassination of persons during the administration of embattled former Governor Gbenga Daniel.
The Truth Commission is expected to inquire into the killing of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) chieftain in Ogun, Otunba Dipo Dina, the disappearance of Age (Animashaun) Lemomu, and gruesome killings of 65 political supporters of Amosun between 2005 and 2009.
It is also expected that the failed assassination bid on Daniel’s former Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Wale Adedayo, and spirited harassment and threats to the life of the former Ijebu East Local Government boss, Mr. Tunde Oladunjoye, would also get the attention of the commission.
The commission, which was established by Amosun last September 14, is mandated to determine whether or not such deaths, disappearances and assassinations of some indigenes of the state during Daniel’s era involved the abuse of power by any person or persons holding public office.
Members of the commission are Messrs Pius Adeyemi, Abdulahi Mustapha, Dalopo Akinsanya, Bamidele Aturu, Tunji Onabamwo and Lanre Suraj.
The commission is to also ascertain whether the above cases resulted from any person or group of persons acting under the control or authority of such public office holder as well as identifying individuals, institutions and groups whose activities resulted in the acts so referred.
The liberty to proceed with the probe followed the order of the State High Court yesterday which vacated the stay of proceeding order earlier served on the state government last October 28 over the constitution of the Truth Commission of Enquiry.
The October 28 order restrained Amosun and the Truth Commission from probing immediate past governor, Gbenga Daniel, his aides or any one that served with him.
Daniel had on October 28 challenged the setting up and the constitution of the Truth Commission of Enquiry through his counsel, Prof. Taiwo Osipitan.
The former governor told the court then that his successor, Senator Amosun, lacked the power to set up such commission and asked the court for a stay of proceeding, pending the determination of the matter and his prayer was granted.
But Justice Paul Onamade, who granted the initial restraining order, vacated same yesterday. He held that tentatively, the commission could go ahead with probing the alleged infraction of human rights, disappearance of persons and killings that occurred between May 2003 and May 2011, pending the interpretation of Section 36 (4) of the constitution by the Appeal Court.

TEARS FOR MY COUNTRY!!!!
Enough of facebook or keyboard activism,Its not evrybody that can lay hands on pc ,lappie or Smartfones,I went out there to live and mingle with the real Nigerians,Those whose voice needed to be heard,the ones who are really feeling the heat of governance,Its difficult to say all I encountered,Lots of Injustice ,indiscipline and suffering is been swept under carpets,lots of Camels are passing through needles,Right from Lagos to all Towns and Vilages I visited,I doubt If Hell wont be better to the kind of Life Nigerians are subjected to ,through the carelessness,negligence and greediness of people they queued in the sun to vote for,I
hadInterviews with some Village chiefs,Local leaders,Uncountable unemployed youths who engaged themselves in series of manual labour just to make ends meet,So fortunate to come across a Local govt caretaker chairman convoy ,The man ,maybe been diplomatic,tried to explain what they face from the federal govt as well and that He cant do more than available funds.I now realise why corruption has become Nigerias third fourth religion,aside the known two and football,Govt establishments are in deplorable state just like the amenities,I visited the Oyo state secretariat in Ibadan ,you wont believe the sight and scenes inside where Our governor works its now worse than you can ever imagine and thank God there is HEAVEN,it would have been better for poor man not to be born in this our country,Even the so call rich living in the country arent finding things easy as they may pretend apart from exporting our petrol dollars,Because we all share ,up Nepa share Bad roads in common,The few that tried to fly their copter or chopper are afraid of dangling wires.Bribery now appear in proper nakedness in any of the establishment ,Police dont even care whether you are armed with smartfones or cameras again while operating,Right from the Abule Egba road till I get to the international Airport,you must settle,Even the airline officials are openly asking for settlement,One custom lady told me "you must drop something or drop you bag,But think tiwce before droppin your bag ooo"I got the message immediately,they may end up planting somethin in my bag ,or still be delayed .Who are those castigating Baba Suwe?I saw a lot of at the Nigerian Airport,lots are happening with no one to question,Where are we heading,I dont have a clue,Yesterday ,I got up to go and register my anger with the Nigerian Ambassador in Uk and relay my experience ,If theres anythin advice from him,When I got there I understand He was having a party(I think celebrating the just concluded national honour with friends and diplomats,I saw protesters outside the Nigerian Embassy,I was happy thinking it will be a good ground for me to display.I was armed pictures of bad roads,graduates selling recharge cards or gala ,dilapidated schools and hungry lookin young men as what to display,But What I saw on the placards shocked me ,Ask me what it is---------------------------

Im not against anybodys right,but is this the right time for that ?I just took a U turn and return home,where are we heading,who will save Nigeria.In a situation where someone that has just been given a national honour is been investigated for corruption within one week,My guys shouting or arguing on the internet wont go any where ,we need to be on the street,I tried my best ,but am just a voice out of 150m,I cant cry for Nigeria cos,I continue to stretch the neck where the future is.I have pix and videos to back all I wrote above if theres any THOMAS around here !I sincerely appologise to my friends who I promised to link up with that the situation wasnt that encouraging for me to be bubbling here and there,but I did what you sent me to do.

My monthly salary is less than N1m - Gov Aliyu
Governor Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu of Niger State said yesterday that contrary to public expectations, his monthly salary as governor is not up to N1 million. He explained that “many people don’t know that the only thing we enjoy (as governors) is free food, but the salary is less than a million naira per month.
Governor Aliyu declared this yesterday in Abuja when he delivered a goodwill message at the fund-raising dinner organised for the Kogi State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate, Captain Idris Wada and his running mate, Arc. Yomi Awoniyi held at the Congress Hall of the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja.
He explained that as a public official, he can’t make donation because of the activities of some mischief makers lurking around to cash on it. The governor, who donated his one month salary to the Wada/Awoniyi campaign organisation, said that it is very easy for the mischief makers to write a petition against him to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). He lamented the current trend where anonymous petition writers are having a field day. “I know that civil servants in those days don’t entertain anonymous petitions. But today, if someone doesn’t like my face, I didn’t make my face bad. I have no choice. And somebody is slighting me because of that, and will be haunting me in and out, I think it is not right.”
The Niger State governor who is also the chairman of the Northern Governors Forum, said: “I make my personal donation of my one month salary which is less than N1 million. Many people don’t know that the only thing we enjoy is the free food, but the salary is less than a million naira! That is my personal donation.”
The event was attended by Governors Idris Ibrahim of Kogi, Isa Yuguda of Bauchi, Minister of Women Affairs, Hajiya Zainab Maina; former PDP national chairman, Dr. Ahmadu Ali, his wife and Special Adviser to the President on Inter-governmental Affairs, Mariam Ahmadu Ali; former Chief of Army Staff, General Salihu Ibrahim (rtd) and General David Jemibewon (rtd), among other party chieftains and supporters.

Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas defended £50m striker Fernando Torres afterhis horror miss in the 3-1 defeat at Manchester United - and insists his side will now emerge as serious title contenders.
Torres scored his first goal of the season at Old Trafford but was later guilty of embarrassingly squandering an open goal at the Stretford End after rounding United goalkeeper David de Gea.
It marred an improved Torres performance, but Villas-Boas was in no mood to condemn Chelsea's British record signing as he saw positive signs thathe believes will see his side challenge champions United in the Premier League.
He said: "You have to be fair. We have seen two of the world's best strikers miss crazy opportunities, Fernando with his miss and Wayne Rooney with his penalty. This is nothing dramatic but sometimes it becomes something."
Villas-Boas added: "I thought everybody was fantastic with the effort they put in and in being able to mentally react to what happened.
"We were 3-0 down at half-time, which was unfair,and if it had gone the wrong way it could have been 5-0. It was good the way the team was able to assume responsibility for things not going their way. It takes some courage for the players to assume this."
And the 33-year-old Portuguese said: "We tried everything to win this game but it was impossible.It just didn't fall our way, not only in terms of opportunities but also refereeing decisions."
Villas-Boas, however, was hugely encouraged by Chelsea's display in defeat, saying: "The most important thing is that we believe in the way we are playing and it is for the benefit of everyone. It is the fans we have to please with the way we play."
He said: "The five contenders are up there and anything can happen. The most regular is Manchester United at the moment but we showedwe are up to the level of the champions.
"We will be up there competing with them for the title and I'm glad Sir Alex corroborates this opinion."

1. That no igbo man is a shareholder in the bank, talk more of being the 2nd highest shareholder.
2. That the said igbo man who is member of the bank's board of director is a muslim-convert by the name Alhaji ude.
3. That the said igbo man, unlike his other muslim director, has no share in the bank.
4. That base on the above, The all-righteous sanusi told The National Assembly and all Nigerians lies to decieve them into accepting islamic banking.

When OGD used Titi Oseni led-house of assembly to disgrace Ọṣọba's administration in October 2003 that was not witch-hunt! It was was Samuel Durojaye that defended Ọṣọba to the peak.
But now that Amosun set up Truth Commission with respectable jurists and constitutional lawyers who nobody can doubt their integrity, he is crying fouls. I think OGD should send people like Ozogula to come and defend him like the way Ọṣọba did. Shikena, WHY NOISES from Gbenga Daniel and his boys!

Man driving clean car around Yaba was flagged down @ police checkpoint.
Man:Good day Officers
Police: Who get this car!
Man: I greeted You at least acknowledge my gre..
Police: Sharrap! I say who get dis car & you're querying me, stupid man.
Man: ok! It is mine.
Police: Give me documents including licence, insurance & custom papers.
Man: I've the papers & drivers licence but the custom papers are at home.
Police: (Angrily)I suspected its smuggled or stolen.
Man: That is not a nice thing to s.. (Cut short)
Police: You must be very stupid. You people will steal cars & go to all these Campuses to harass all the small girls wey be your daughter age mate. Foolish man ( He beckons to his mates & four of them enter the car with him & the patrol vehicle loaded the rest of them) We are going to the station. Adekunle!
Man: This is not fair, I just told you my papers are up to date & custom papers...
Police: (Boiling) Do you want me to fire you before you move (cocks gun)
Man: Please take it easy let's go. (They drive to the station, policemen cursing)

Policemen: This stupid man is driving without papers & imagine He dey argue.

One Policeman: I will detain you today shay you think you can talk (faces the one behind the counter) put him in with the criminals.
(Just then the DPO walks in & seeing the commotion)
DPO: Yes, what's the commotion here all about.
Police: We caught this man with a suspected stolen vehicle and he was resisting arrest.
DPO: (turns to man) Is that true gentleman?
Man: No DPO.
DPO: (surprised) I am in mufti, how did you know I'm the DPO?
MAN: Because I am the Commissioner of Police, Alh Yusuf Mohammed..
(All the policemen in station took off, some through the window leaving DPO & the Commissioner...

AMOSUN RETIRES DEMOLA BADEJO: EX-OGUN ASSEMBLY CLERKThe gale of retirement of top permanent secretaries sweeping across the Ogun State civil service claimed another set of five permanent secretaries yesterday. The casualties include the former clerk of the State House of Assembly, Mr. Demola Badejo and four others who were relieved of their positions. Badejo, who was also the former chairman of the state Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), was relieved of his position as the permanent secretary of the state House of Assembly.Other affected top civil servants were the erstwhile permanent secretary of the governor's office, Mr Frank Omoyale, Tokunbo Ogunyomi of the Government House; Ayo Vaughan of the Ministry of Housing and Mr. Adewole Adekoya, permanent secretary in the state Ministry of Water Resources. The retirement of the five permanent secretaries brings to 19 , the number of permanent secretaries that were relieved of their duties by the Senator Ibikunle Amosun-led administration. The state government had last Friday announced the retirement of 14 permanent secretaries thereby giving credence to Amosun’s determination to run a slim administration in the state. The 14 permanent secretaries retired last week include: Korede A. Lawal, Olajide Adeola Oyenuga, Oluseyi Oludare Banjoko, Tajudeen Obawunmi, Kehinde Ogunfowodu, Alhaji Muyideen ‘Wola Salau and Babajide Oyeti. Others are Adekunle Adegbite, Mufutau Lawal, Alhaji Moshood Iyanda Opebiyi, Olubunmi Olusola Okuboyejo, Hezekiah Adeniji, Alhaji Adesegun Solarin and Babatunde M. Salawu. Governor Ibikunle Amosun while briefing all the permanent secretaries last Friday thanked them for their service to the state over the years and wished them well in their future endeavours

I know we are in the habit of treating serious issues with levity but the time has come for every serious Nigerian to worry about the direction we are heading. I have no doubt in my mind that this road can only lead to ruination. Our country is rapidly exhibiting the symptoms of the end times and that of a failed state. We are lucky to have a country we call Nigeria today after all the terrible tragedies we escaped. But we must not over-stretch that luck lest it turns bad and ugly. My epistle seeks to show that we have arrived at a most dangerous juncture and to see if there is any chance of averting what may turn out to be the biggest threat to peace and security on our continent.
As I write this, all manner of messages are flying into my BlackBerry. Nigerians now live in perpetual fear and hopelessness. Top on the news item is the story of the daredevil bombing of the United Nations headquarters in Abuja, a magnificent palace that sat in its majesty before a blinding explosion ricocheted through what should have been one of the most secured buildings in Nigeria. This came not too long after the bomb that almost killed many of our top police officers, at the Nigeria Police Headquarters in Abuja, but for the mercy of God. It is no longer in doubt that our country is in big trouble.
Nigeria has now joined the unenviable league of terrorist nations like Iraq and Afghanistan. And we are fast disintegrating like Somalia and Sudan. In hushed tones and even at beer parlours, Nigerians are discussing a future that is no longer certain. Young Nigerians are circulating scary information purportedly received from security sources on the next targets to be hit by suicide bombers. They include government houses, assemblies, and popular hotels among others. So desperate are our citizens that most people are now seeking such lists in order to avoid a misadventure. The fear of a stray bomb is the beginning of wisdom.
As if that is not bad enough, the otherwise beautiful city of Jos continues to wallow in its pitiable orgy of violence. It has virtually become impossible for government to find a lasting solution to the intractable crisis and put an end to the senseless killings in the name of culture and religion. Rumours are flying ceaselessly on social media about another impending holocaust in what was, once upon a time, a cosmopolitan city that welcomed foreigners from all walks of life.
The latest message on BlackBerry is that “A meeting has just been concluded in one of the villages on the outskirt of Jos. Militants are expected from Kaduna, Kano, Maiduguri, and Bauchi to join the Muslims in Jos for a mass attack. Five Vectra cars have been donated to be used for suicide bombing. Sheikh (I deleted the full names) announced during the meeting that two persons have donated N50 million each for this cause. Main targets are… There is possibility of NEPA BLACK-OUT TO AID THE ATTACKERS.” I have taken liberty to edit this act of scaremongering which has become commonplace in Nigeria these days.
And from Jos we move to another big problem, which is that of kidnapping. After the saga of the abduction of Mikel Obi’s dad, the newest hoopla is about the traumatic experience of a couple in Lagos who had come home from abroad for their wedding ceremonies. According to the widely-circulated message, “Please do not relent in prayers for the Kusamotu and Thomas’ families.
They are still looking for their beloved, Adeyanju Kusamotu Thomas, who has been kidnapped since Sunday 28th of August, 2011, and yet to be found! Do not be tired in broadcasting messages on all medium you can lay your hands on. Remember her five month old child, her mother and her family…” One account claimed she came home for her wedding and was double-crossed on the way to a petrol station with her husband who managed to do a Ben Johnson sprint in his bid to escape. Even as I was concluding this piece, reports flew in from Bayelsa State that gunmen have kidnapped a monarch, The EbeniIbe of Atissa Kingdom in Obogoro in the Yenagoa local Government area of Bayelsa, King Godwin Igodo.
On top of all these, sad tales are pouring in from Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, where over hundred people were said to have lost their lives due to heavy flooding from a satanic rain that descended on the massive city. The worry of most people is that if rainfall can wreak so much havoc God should please forbid a horrendous tsunami or hurricane. We have never been able to manage natural disasters and we are continually exposed to the vagaries of the elements. There are also many stories of man-made disasters like road accidents due to bad roads nationwide. The question is why are we so unlucky and where do we go from here?
No prophet would have foretold all these unmitigated disasters. The early part of this year had suggested that most of our problems would soon disappear. Politics and politicking were in the air and in our usual state of unrestrained giddiness we were led into believing that only one political party, and only one man, was destined to rule Nigeria. It did not matter if events of the past 12 years suggested otherwise. We were regaled with all manner of campaign stunts and gimmickry. Poets waxed lyrical. Actors gave their greatest performances. Musicians produced their best compositions. Pastors prayed fervently. Imams supplicated to Allah. Animists chanted incantations. Hagiographers were never in short supply in our neck of the wood. It was endorsement galore.
There was no question of what this was all about. He who paid the piper was dictating the tune. The social media was awash with tales by moonlight. Impossible promises were made to the victims of this mass hypnotism. They gobbled up the balderdash with incredible rapidity while studiously ignoring the fact that no politician had ever been able to deliver on too much electoral promises. Not even in nations where leaders are held accountable. Nigerians were turned into babies begging for Lollies. Those who saw through the smokescreen were shouted down and derided as enemies of progress.
The reason again was simple. Ethnicity was always an issue. You can never win a war of words with jingoists. When everything else has failed in Nigeria tribalism takes over. And the tribal warlords abound here. Education has not been able to cure most of us of that malady. We always fight for our kinsmen to get the fattest jobs even if our community and constituency would gain nothing in the long run. It is amazing how the most civilised man would throw common-sense and decorum to the winds once the subject changes to ethnicity. The only other competitor is religion. There is hardly any consideration for the common good of the people.
Fellow Nigerians, it seems the chicken has come home to roost and we must get real. It is now very clear to those who have eyes to see that our problems are not about to vamoose. In fact, they are about to multiply and spiral out of control. What is sad is that our politicians still can’t see the conflagration ahead. But this is not the time for name-calling. We are already saddled with another four years of People’s Redemption Party at the centre even if some voters claimed they voted for the candidate and not his party. We’ve spent three months waiting for the fulfilment of that promise of a new Nigeria.
I believe we can no longer afford to leave everything in the hands of government. All men and women of goodwill must rise up to rescue our country. Every problem has a solution and we must all work for it. Every contribution counts in the days of tribulations. I’m shocked that our elders are watching helplessly as our country is bleeding to death. Everything we used to hold dear is collapsing before our very eyes. This is the time we need their sagacity. From every corner of Nigeria, they must speak up about reuniting our people. The strength of Nigeria comes from an awesome population. We all have a lot to gain in a bigger country and so much to lose in some fragmented nationalities.
The most pressing problem seeking urgent attention is the general insecurity in the country. It has reached a boiling point. We must desperately overhaul our security apparatus. Let no one tell me of lack of funds again. The present allocation in our budget is adequate if prudently managed. Promotions should be strictly tied to performance and not federal character. We must invest in modern equipment to make our agents more effective and efficient. The morale of our security agencies appear to be low and depressing. They are well-trained but lack sufficient facilities to work with. In their present state, it is almost impossible to combat crime and criminals who are getting more sophisticated by the day.
No nation has ever made progress without an intellectual base. What we are witnessing is the expensive price we have to pay for our lack of vision. Ignorance is a disease and it spreads easily like virus. We must make every effort to control the spread. It is now at an unacceptable stage. We must plead with our leaders to revamp our schools without any further delay. Education is a major weapon against most of the problems.
Government must perform the miracle of creating employment for our youths. It is not as difficult as it looks. There are so many brilliant youths roaming the streets with bright ideas but there is no help coming from anywhere. These youths have given up hope and this can only crystallise into anger. And anger can only lead to the type of wanton destruction of lives and properties that we are confronting today.
A lot of resources are being wasted on a few politicians which would have removed a lot of our youths from the streets. Our nation would know no peace until the privileged ones begin to downgrade their own lifestyle to support the poor of our society. It is our collective responsibilities to act decisively before our country is consumed by a tragedy beyond our control.

40 Reasons Why Otunba Gbenga Daniel Must Go To Jail
1. N1bn naira unremitted pension deductions from Ogun state workers salary against the contributory pension's law of Ogun state.
2. Fraudulent and illegal payment of an amount of N1bn purportedly as counterpart funding for water projects under ogun state water corporations despite an existing ISPO to the federal ministry of finance for direct deductions from state allocation for same purpose this is against section 121(2) of 1999 constitution of FGN.
3. Fraudulent and illegal debt servicing to the tune of N5.2bn as against an appropriation provision of N350m for the same purpose in 2009.This is a violation of section 120(2) of the 1999 constitution of FRN.
4. Fraudulent payment of N300m electricity utility charges by ogun state electrification project agency despite direct deductions of same from various MDA
5. Fraudulent diversion of N500m Agricultural loan granted by National Agricultural Credit Bank for rural development (NACBRDA) to ogun state government through Ogun State Agriculture and Multi-purpose credit agency. This is against the money laundering act

21. Illegal transfer of Ogun State liaison office in lagos to a close ally of Otunba Gbenga Daniel, Otunba Alex Onabanjo who doubles as Chairman Governing Council of Olabisi Onabanjo University Proceed of which has not been remitted to the state consolidated revenue account.
22. Failure to pay into the state Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of 985million naira being amount received as support for MDG projects in the state. This is against the provision of section 120(1) of the 1999 constitution of FRN.
23. Fraudulent and deceitful presentation as a state financed project an MDG financed project in Ota, the Eye Care Centre at Ota. This is against the provisions of section of the 1999 constitution of FRN.
24. Illegal and fraudulent presentation as Security for loans from banks for contractors from the Treasury of Ogun State. Such contractors include among others ARON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY Ltd.
25. Various illegal deductions from LG funds as established in the report of the OGHA joint House committees on Justice, Ethics & Public petitions committee and Local Govt and Chieftaincy affairs committee. This report was further adopted by a resolution of the OGHA.

This violates the state LG law passed by OGHA as amended.
32. Fraudulent collections from all LGs the sum of over N11m paid to Westerner Publishers Ltd owned by OGD for a seminar billed to hold in Nov 2009. Till date ,the seminar is yet to hold neither has a new date being announced. This is against financial regulation of Ogun State.
33. Illegal mortgage of the site of the old Secretariat at Oke-ilewo as repayment for a N12bn facility owed FCMB Plc. This violates section 120(10 of the 1999 constitution of FRN.
34. Various fraudulent land allocations acquisitions and transactions. The proceeds of which are also shielded in secrecy. This violates Section 120(1) of the 1999 constitution of FRN. A good example of such illegal acquisition is the takeover of a piece of land at OPIC roundabout legally belonging to the state sports council but fraudulently acquired to build sweet sensation, Sterling Bank and Big Treat.
35.Illegal acquisition of the part of the land where Primary Health Centre belonging to the Abeokuta South LG to build Chicken Republic where the Governor is alleged to have a substantial stake. This violates the code of conduct Act.
36. Illegal sale of a Government fuel Dump at Oke-Ilewo to MYKE Petroleum. This is without OGHA approval or any other known due process requirement.
37. Illegal setting up of Ibara Renewal Ltd as an SPV (Special Project Vehicle) to fraudulently take over all old civil servant quarters in the Ibara GRA. Serving Commissioners and other OGD cronies are Directors in this company. Till date, no enabling law approves of this lopsided approach of Otunba Gbenga Daniel.

13. Illegal and fraudulent concessioning for 25years of gateway Hotel, Ota for N120m as against the provision of ogun state privatization and commercialization law.
14.Failure to remit the sum of N120m being proceeds from the illegal consessioning of gateway hotel Ota into the state consolidated revenue account This is against section 120(1) of the constitution.
15.Failure to remit the sum of N100m being proceed from the illegal concessioning of gateway Hotel Ijebu Ode into the state consolidated revenue account
16. Illegal and fraudulent concessioning for 25years of Gateway Hotel Abeokuta for N300m as against the provisions of privatization and commercialization law of Ogun State.

20. Illegal conversion of judges quarters Shagamu to build a mansion belonging to Otunba Gbenga Daniel without due process.
21. Illegal transfer of Ogun State liaison office in lagos to a close ally of Otunba Gbenga Daniel, Otunba Alex Onabanjo who doubles as Chairman Governing Council of Olabisi Onabanjo University Proceed of which has not been remitted to the state consolidated revenue account.
22. Failure to pay into the state Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of 985million naira being amount received as support for MDG projects in the state. This is against the provision of section 120(1) of the 1999 constitution of FRN.
23. Fraudulent and deceitful presentation as a state financed project an MDG financed project in Ota, the Eye Care Centre at Ota. This is against the provisions of section of the 1999 constitution of FRN.
24. Illegal and fraudulent presentation as Security for loans from banks for contractors from the Treasury of Ogun State. Such contractors include among others ARON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY Ltd.
25. Various illegal deductions from LG funds as established in the report of the OGHA joint House committees on Justice, Ethics & Public petitions committee and Local Govt and Chieftaincy affairs committee. This report was further adopted by a resolution of the OGHA.
26. Failure to disburse to Ewekoro LG the sum of over N122m being part of the amount due to this LG from the federation account. This is as per the report of the State Accountant-General on Returns on LG joint Accounts for the year 2008 This is a violation of Section 162(8) of the 1999 Constitution of FRN.
27. Failure to disburse the sum of over N261m to Ado-Odo Ota LG being part of the amount due the LG from Federation Account. This is as per the report of the state Accountant-General on Returns on LG joint accounts for the year 2008.This is a violation of Section 162(8) of the 1999 constitution of the FRN.
28. Failure to disburse the sum of over N149M to Yewa North being part of the amount due this LG from the Federation Account. This is as per the Report of the State Accountant-General on Returns on LG joint Account for the year 2008.This is a violation of Section 162(8) of the 1999 Constitution of FRN.
29. Failure to disburse sum of over N81m to Obafemi-Owode LG being part of the amount due this LG from the federation Account as per the report of the state Accountant-General on LG joint Account for the year 2008. This violates section 162(8) of the 1999 constitution of FRN.
30. Failure to disburse the sum of over N42m to Ifo LG being part of the amount due this LG from the federation account as per the report of the State Accountant-General on returns on LG joint Account for the year 2008.This violates section 162(8) of the 1999 constitution of FRN.
31. Fraudulent collection from each of the 20 LGs the sum of N2.5m (N50m for all 20 LGs) for U-17 World cup billboards that was never erected. Each LG chairman was rewarded with the sum of N500,000 for keeping sealed lips. This collection is illegal as none of the LGs appropriated for this sum in 2009 budget. This violates the state LG law passed by OGHA as amended.
32. Fraudulent collections from all LGs the sum of over N11m paid to Westerner Publishers Ltd owned by OGD for a seminar billed to hold in Nov 2009. Till date ,the seminar is yet to hold neither has a new date being announced. This is against financial regulation of Ogun State.
33. Illegal mortgage of the site of the old Secretariat at Oke-ilewo as repayment for a N12bn facility owed FCMB Plc. This violates section 120(10 of the 1999 constitution of FRN.
34. Various fraudulent land allocations acquisitions and transactions. The proceeds of which are also shielded in secrecy. This violates Section 120(1) of the 1999 constitution of FRN. A good example of such illegal acquisition is the takeover of a piece of land at OPIC roundabout legally belonging to the state sports council but fraudulently acquired to build sweet sensation, Sterling Bank and Big Treat.
35.Illegal acquisition of the part of the land where Primary Health Centre belonging to the Abeokuta South LG to build Chicken Republic where the Governor is alleged to have a substantial stake. This violates the code of conduct Act.
36. Illegal sale of a Government fuel Dump at Oke-Ilewo to MYKE Petroleum. This is without OGHA approval or any other known due process requirement.
37. Illegal setting up of Ibara Renewal Ltd as an SPV (Special Project Vehicle) to fraudulently take over all old civil servant quarters in the Ibara GRA. Serving Commissioners and other OGD cronies are Directors in this company. Till date, no enabling law approves of this lopsided approach of Otunba Gbenga Daniel.
38. Illegal payment of emoluments to political office holders without an enabling law and a fraudulent backdating of the relevant bill at the point of assent. The assented copies of the improperly signed and the correct version are available for perusal. This violates section
39.Illegal payment of salaries and allowances to Mr Tunji Akinosi who purports to occupy the office of a state Commissioner without meeting the requirement of section 124 of the 1999 constitution of the FRN.
40. Regular fraudulent collections of various monies from all the 20 LGs purportedly as contribution to non existing State/LG joint projects. This violates section 162(8) of the 1999 constitution of FRN.
